Application Process
If we feel there is a match, you will be invited to a first interview. We will share with you our views on consultancy and the way we work together at Capital Chains and you will get the chance to ask us anything you want to know. The first interview takes about one hour, and hopefully we will get to know you too!
An online assessment (TMA Method) is part of the hiring process as it gives us an objective, constructive and especially thorough analysis of motivations, talent and development possibilities. The results of the assessment will be shared with you prior to the second interview.
During the second interview the online assessment will be discussed, and you will meet another member of the team at Capital Chains to discuss the role and responsibilities that come with the position you applied for. After this second interview, we will determine if we want to make you an offer to come join the team.

Our network is a flexible model that allows us to approach each project differently. In many cases, we will take the lead on a project and seek consultants/trainers to join our team as subcontractors. We are in control over the project and pay you directly as an independent contractor. There are also situations in which we like to provide referrals to our clients and network, based on who we believe to be a good fit for our clients’ needs. Even when we make the referral, (y)our client makes the final decision based on their own process. In this case, we would charge a referral fee.
